Download site page problems

For some reason it lets me browse the Sims 2 and 3 pages, but when I attempt 4, it tells me "you are not allowed access to this forum." :wtf:

I've got the same problem. The sims 4 download site is not accessable for me either.

ok where I'm having issues is not unzipping properly what I keep getting the orange flower when extracted and isn't the downloads when open up the games down panel ?
