Installed Sims 2 UC. Installed the nude mod and stuff but the barbie vanilla etc. body creeps me out. I got some skintones downloaded but applying them in the download folder dosent work. How do I solve this?

With you need the bodymeshes to go with the skintones unless you download ones that are maxis body shape compatible

When you download a Sims 2 skintone you need the top and bottom body meshes unless they're skintones based on the default body mesh.

If you put skintones in your downloads folder without the meshes your sim will have a floating head when they have a shower or get naked.
Which skintone are you trying to put into your game?

I first put in Warlocks Classic Pinup skinsets in the downloads folder. Yet it still previews the vanilla default skin. Afterwards I put in nukapeis realskin package. No luck neither.

You need Warlokk's Classic Pin Up meshes - All sims 2 skintones link to a top nude mesh and a bottom nude mesh

I checked it out. It appears that the meshes came WITH the skintones. Another thing I like to add is that I make subfolders inside the download folder to help sort all the downloaded files instead of just pasting all the files in the downloads. Could that be the reason? Or do the skintones and meshes need to be placed in two different directories instead of the download folder alone?

I have mine in subfolders - I have one for skintones and one for bodyshapes. Either way it should work
