I can only access Sims 4 mods, permission denied for other games?

the issue I have here is I dont have, nor am I interested in, sims 4. I wanted one sims 3 mod, but I can't access the downloads at all. What is required of me to access that section of the page?

I can't get any downloads for Sims 4, I just get a notice saying I don't have access.
